If you are unable to confirm your account using the online registration process, we are required to validate your cable subscription before activating your free access to NBA League Pass Broadband.
We will need an actual copy of your cable provider bill showing the NBA League Pass charge, the billing contact name, the account number, and your All Access email address. Please provide this information by submitting a ticket through our support center, or faxing the information to us. Validation may take up to 48 hours.
