I purchased League Pass for my TV, but can not access League Pass Broadband, what should I do?

If you are unable to confirm your account using the online registration process, we are required to validate your cable subscription before activating your free access to NBA League Pass Broadband. 

We will need an actual copy of your cable provider bill showing the NBA League Pass charge, the billing contact name, the account number, and your All Access email addressPlease provide this information by submitting a ticket through our support center, or faxing the information to us.  Validation may take up to 48 hours.

To Submit A Ticket

  • Click here and enter your Full Name and Email address
  • Choose Cable Customer (Activate free Broadband) for Department
  • Choose Activation for Contact Reason  
  • Click on Attach a file and attach the copy of your current cable bill
  • Submit the ticket by clicking on Finish

A ticket number will be assigned to you and a representative will respond as soon as possible.
