What happens if I forget or want to change my member name or password?

You can reset your password by going to www.nba.com/allaccess and choosing the Forgot Password link under the login. Then, enter your email address and click "Submit".  An email will be sent to you with information on how to reset your password.  Unfortunately, you cannot recover a forgotten member name. If you can't remember your member name, try your email address. If you still can't remember your member name, you'll have to sign up for a new All-Access membership.
