What is the NBA Game Time application?
The NBA in the palm of your hand! Updated for the 2013-2014 season, NBA Game Time on your phone is the official place to follow the NBA wherever you are for the entire 2013-2014 season.

Can I watch live NBA games within NBA Game Time?
Yes, either through purchasing League Pass Mobile via the In-App purchase or via your League Pass subscription purchased through your cable operator or satellite provider.
I purchased League Pass Mobile from the App Store or Google Play, do I need to Login?
No. If you have purchased League Pass Mobile through iTunes App Store or Google Play you do not need to use the League Pass/NBA.com login section to access games. You should be able click on a League Pass game within the app and watch the game without any need to login.
Can I watch League Pass games through my Android phone if I purchased League Pass Broadband?
No. You can only watch League Pass games on your phone if you purchased League Pass Mobile through Google Play or if you purchased League Pass through your cable operator or satellite provider.
I purchased League Pass from my cable operator or satellite provider and would like to access it on my device, how can I do this?
If you’ve purchased League Pass from your cable operator or satellite provider and want to watch your device, you must activate your account on www.nba.com. Once you receive your NBA.com email address and password, you can go the League Pass section within your device by click More and then League Pass. Enter your NBA.com email/username and password to watch live games (subject to the Blackout policy).
What is the difference between League Pass Mobile, League Pass Broadband, and League Pass for TV?

Why is there a League Pass/NBA.com login section?
If you have purchased League Pass Mobile through iTunes you do not need to use the League Pass/NBA.com login section to access games.
You only need to log in to League Pass if you would like to access your League Pass account within Game Time. You do not need to login to use any other app features. Logging into your League Pass account within Game Time will enable you to use this subscription to access live games on your mobile device. To learn more about League Pass, please visit www.nba.com from your computer.
What is NBA League Pass vs. NBA League Pass Mobile?
Watch live NBA games on whatever platform you want â€“ on your TV, online, Connected TV, or your mobile device â€“ all for one bundled rate. Restrictions may apply. Go to www.nba.com from your computer to learn more. NBA League Pass Mobile only allows you to watch games on your phone.
Is there a Choice plan available for League Pass Mobile?
Will the League Pass International (NBA.TV) work with Game Time or League Pass Mobile?
No, NBA.TV is a separate offering and will not work with Game Time or League Pass Mobile.
Why are the games I'm trying to watch blacked out?
All nationally televised games will be blacked out. TNT/NBATV/ESPN/ABC have the exclusive rights to those games. Additionally, games being shown in your local area will be blacked out. Please see Blackout Information within the Game Time application for more information on our Blackout Policy and how it works.
What to do if I'm having trouble logging into League Pass?
If you've purchased League Pass from your cable operator or satellite provider and want to watch your device, you must first activate your account on www.nba.com. To activate, please go to http://www.nba.com/leaguepass/activate/index.html and follow the instructions. Once you receive your login and password, you can go to the League Pass section within your device and login to watch live games subject to the Blackout policy. Please note that it could take up to 72 hours for your account to be activated.
If you purchased League Pass Mobile via iTunes or the Google Play, you do not need to login via League Pass login section. Instead, you should be able to go directly to the game you want to watch and view it on your device.
If you purchased the NBA's International product, NBA.TV, you will not be able to login as that is a separate product offering.
If you continue to have issues, please contact NBA support and provide them your user name so they can research your issue.
What are the system requirements for Android?
Applications work on Android devices with 2.2+ operating systems.
Does this application include the playoffs?
The current application does not include the playoffs. Updates will be provided to include this functionality.
Will my subscription auto-renew for the next season?
The subscriptions will not automatically renew at this time.
The application does not function properly. What can I do?
The following steps may help to correct the issue:
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Applications
3. Go to Manage Applications
4. Go to Game Time
5. Clear App Data.
6. Reboot your phone and then try the application again.
The volume seems to be low. What can I do?
Check the volume on both your device and application. These are the only two volume controls available.
My data will not refresh. What do I do?
Close the application and restart your mobile device. Please check your mobile device’s user manual for more information as needed.
What do I do if I’m changing my mobile device or cannot access the application?
When you are prompted to purchase or buy the application again, proceed with the same process as you did with your original purchase.
Because you have already purchased the application, you shouldn't be charged again. Please be sure to use the same account information from the original purchase.
If I have NBA LEAGUE PASS on my phone, can I transfer my account to a different phone? If so, how?
