How do I contact you for feedback or support?
If you are experiencing any issues or want to send feedback, please visit our Support Center to contact us. Please be specific as possible (i.e., Game Time for Phone, Game Time for iPad version number, device software version, history of issue, error message, etc.) if you are having an issue so we can be more efficient in responding to your inquiry.  You may also click on the Feedback section of the app to provide this information to us.

Can I watch live NBA games within NBA Game Time for iPad?
Yes, if you have a League Pass Broadband or League Pass for TV account.  League Pass Mobile will not allow you to watch games on Game Time for iPad.

If I purchased League Pass Mobile on my mobile device will it give me access to live games within Game Time for iPad?
No.  League Pass Mobile is only available through NBA Game Time on phones and not available via NBA Game Time for iPad.  To watch live games within Game Time for iPad, you must have a League Pass Broadband or League Pass for TV account.

How do I watch live games in NBA Game Time for iPad with League Pass?
To watch games with League Pass on your Tablet, please go to the League Pass section in Game Time for iPad and login with your League Pass user name and password.  Once logged in, you will have access to the live games subject to the Blackout policy.  For more info on the Blackout policy, please see the section within Game Time for iPad labeled Blackout Information.

Why is there a League Pass login section?
You only need to log in to League Pass if you would like to access your League Pass account within Game Time for iPad.  You do not need to login to use any other app features.

I purchased League Pass from my cable operator or satellite provider and would like to access it on my device, how can I do this?
If you’ve purchased League Pass from your cable operator or satellite provider and want to watch your device, please go register for your account on NBA.com to get your user name and password.  To register, simply go http://www.nba.com/leaguepass/activate/index.html and follow the instructions.  Once you receive your login and password, you can go the League Pass section within your device and login to watch live games subject to the Blackout policy.  Please note that it could take up to 72 hours for your account to be activated.

Can I use my iTunes account username and password?
League Pass accounts are completely separate from iTunes.  To log in to League Pass, use your League Pass username and password.

If I purchased League Pass Mobile on my mobile device will it give me access to live games within Game Time for iPad?
No.  League Pass Mobile is only available through NBA Game Time on phones and not available via NBA Game Time for iPad.  To watch live games within Game Time for iPad, you must have a League Pass Broadband or League Pass for TV account.

Will the League Pass International (NBA.TV) work with Game Time for iPad?
No, NBA.TV is a separate offering and will not work with Game Time for iPad.

Why are the games I’m trying to watch blacked out?
All nationally televised games will be blacked out.  TNT/NBATV/ESPN/ABC  have the exclusive rights to those games.  Additionally, games being shown in your local area will be blacked out.  Please see Blackout Information within the Game Time for iPad application for more information on our Blackout Policy and how it works.

What to do if I’m having trouble logging into League Pass?

• If you’ve purchased League Pass from your cable operator, satellite provider or via nba.com and want to watch your device, you must first activate your account on www.nba.com.  To activate, please go to http://www.nba.com/leaguepass/activate/index.html and follow the instructions.  Once you receive your login and password, you can go to the League Pass section within your device and login to watch live games( subject to the Blackout policy).  Please note that it could take up to 72 hours for your account to be activated.
• If you purchased League Pass Mobile via iTunes or the Google Play, you will not be able to login via the League Pass login section.  You must have either purchased League Pass Broadband through nba.com or purchased League Pass through your cable operator or satellite provider to watch games on your iPad
• If you purchased the NBA’s International product, NBA.TV, you will not be able to login as that is a separate product offering
• If you continue to have issues, please contact NBA support and provide them your user name so they can research your issue.
