Can I watch live NBA games within NBA Game Time for iPad?

Yes, if you have a NBA LEAGUE PASS Broadband or NBA LEAGUE PASS for TV account. NBA LEAGUE PASS Mobile is not supported on iPad or other tablets.

How do I watch live games in NBA Game Time for iPad with NBA LEAGUE PASS?

To watch NBA LEAGUE PASS games on your tablet, please go to the NBA LEAGUE PASS section in Game Time for iPad and login with your NBA LEAGUE PASS email address and password. Once logged in, you will have access to live games (subject to the blackout policy). For more info on the blackout policy, please see the section within Game Time for iPad labeled blackout Information.

I purchased NBA LEAGUE PASS from my TV provider and would like to access it on my tablet, how can I do this?

If you’ve purchased NBA LEAGUE PASS from your cable operator or satellite provider and want to watch your device, please go to http://www.nba.com/leaguepass/activate/ and follow the instructions. Once you receive your login and password, you can go the League Pass section within your device and login to watch live games subject to the Blackout policy. Please note that it could take up to 72 hours for your account to be activated.

If I purchased NBA LEAGUE PASS Mobile will it give me access to live games within Game Time for iPad?

No. NBA LEAGUE PASS Mobile is not supported on iPad.

Will the League Pass International (NBA.TV) work with Game Time for iPad?

No, NBA.TV is a separate offering and will not work with Game Time for iPad.

What to do if I’m having trouble logging into NBA LEAGUE PASS?

  • If you’ve purchased NBA LEAGUE PASS from your cable operator, satellite provider or via nba.com and want to watch your device, you must first activate your account on www.nba.com. To activate, please go to http://www.nba.com/leaguepass/activate/index.html and follow the instructions. Once you receive your login and password, you can go to the NBA LEAGUE PASS section within your device and login to watch live games.
  • If you purchased NBA LEAGUE PASS Mobile via iTunes or the Google Play, you will not be able to login via the NBA LEAGUE PASS login section. You must have either purchased NBA LEAGUE PASS Broadband or NBA LEAGUE PASS from your TV provider.
  • If you purchased the NBA’s International product, NBA.TV, you will not be able to login as that is a separate product offering
  • If you continue to have issues, please contact NBA support and provide them your user name so they can research your issue.

How do I contact you for feedback or support?

If you are experiencing any issues or want to send feedback, please visit our Support Center to contact us. Please be specific as possible (i.e., Game Time for Phone, Game Time for iPad version number, device software version, history of issue, error message, etc.) if you are having an issue so we can be more efficient in responding to your inquiry. You may also click on the Feedback section of the app to provide this information to us.
