How do I contact you for feedback or support?
If you are experiencing any issues or want to send feedback, please visit our Support Center to contact us. Please be specific as possible (i.e., Game Time, Courtside , version number, device model, carrier, history of issue, error message, etc.) if you are having an issue so we can be more efficient in responding to your inquiry. You may also click on the Feedback section of the app to provide this information to us.

Can I watch live NBA games within NBA Game Time?
Yes, either through purchasing League Pass Mobile via the In-App purchase or via your League Pass subscription purchased through your cable operator or satellite provider.

I purchased League Pass Mobile from the App Store or Google Play, do I need to Login?
No.  If you have purchased League Pass Mobile through iTunes you do not need to use the League Pass/All Access login section to access games.  You should be able click on a League Pass game within the app and watch the game without any need to login.

Why is there a League Pass/All Access login section?
If you’ve purchased League Pass from your cable operator and want to watch your device, please go register for your account on NBA.com to get your user name and password.  To register, simply go If you have purchased League Pass Mobile through iTunes, you do not need to use the League Pass/All Access login section to access games.
 
You only need to log in to League Pass if you would like to access your League Pass account within Game Time. You do not need to login to use any other app features. Logging into your League Pass account within Game Time will enable you to use this subscription to access live games on your mobile device. To learn more about League Pass, please visit www.nba.com from your computer.

Can I use my iTunes account username and password?
League Pass accounts are completely separate from iTunes. To log in to League Pass, use your League Pass username and password.

What is the difference between League Pass Mobile, League Pass Broadband, and League Pass for TV?

• League Pass Mobile allows you to watch live regular season games* only from your handset through the NBA Game Time application and is purchased via the In-App purchase process.
• League Pass Broadband allows you to watch live regular season games* from the web and is purchased on www.nba.com.
• League Pass for TV allows you to watch live regular season games* from your mobile device, the web, and on your TV. It is purchased from your cable operator or satellite provider.

What is NBA League Pass vs. NBA League Pass Mobile?

Is there a Choice plan available for League Pass Mobile?
No.

Will the League Pass International (NBA.TV) work with Game Time or League Pass Mobile?
No, NBA.TV is a separate offering and will not work with Game Time or League Pass Mobile.

Why are the games I'm trying to watch blacked out?
All nationally televised games will be blacked out. TNT/NBATV/ESPN/ABC have the exclusive rights to those games. Additionally, games being shown in your local area will be blacked out. Please see Blackout Information within the Game Time application for more information on our Blackout Policy and how it works.
